Today, I am grateful for:

• waking up after a truly restful sleep
• Jojo's birthday bash and meeting my batch mates
• attempting to do the sun salutation warm up yoga complete cycle
• hearing about Freddie's new and wonderful business
• seeing my best friend Myke
• for purely having fun
• the Power, God, the One Source, the Universe, which is the root, the cause and the be all and end all of everything - past, present, future; working around me, through me, with me and for me, supporting me in everything, asked or not, desired or not, wanted or not
• God is good all the time, all the time God is good
